Targa System

Targa System is a license plate reading application that allows police officers on patrol to get an updated survey of the mandatory maintenance, servicing and insurance status of the vehicle.
The system can identify and ascertain via PC or mobile device whether the vehicle has been stolen or blacklisted. In its mobile configuration, it is applied to the vehicle windshield in order to immediately identify offenders, thus helping police officers keep streets safe from vehicles that are not compliant or stolen and fine the owner or detain the vehicle.

The fixed station installed for access management alerts police officers to identify a suspected or irregular vehicle and allows them to immediately check:

• Insurance
• Servicing
• Blacklisted vehicles
• Stolen vehicles

In addition, manual queries allow:

• Inspecting the driver’s driving license
• Checking the details of the vehicle registration.
